These Mississippi Pork Chops are so easy to make and loaded with flavor. Delicious with mashed potatoes.

Prep Time 10 minutes

Cook Time 30 minutes

Total Time 40 minutes

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 cup of butter – sliced
  • Pepperoncini Peppers
  • Mozzerella cheese optional
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9X13 baking dish.

  • Place pork chops in baking dish and sprinkle each pork chop with both ranch mix and au jus gravy.

  • Top each pork chop with a pepperoncini pepper and a slice of butter.

  • Cook in preheated oven for 25-30 minute or until the internal temperature is 145. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops.

  • Sprinkle with cheese.
